GRASP — the GLOBALG.A.P. Risk Assessment on Social Practice — asks for documents most operations only assemble under audit pressure. Control point 6 wants payslips. Control point 7 wants confirmation that wages were actually paid. Control point 10 wants working time records. Hortusys already generates all three, because the timesheet that calculates a seasonal worker's pay is the same record that evidences their hours. Nothing is retyped, and nothing has to be rebuilt from memory in the week before an assessment.

Register the crew

Seasonal workers are entered once, with job titles and rates. Brigades and brigade leaders reflect how the crew actually works.

Record work where it happens

Picking volumes and manual tasks are captured on Android in the field, offline if needed, against a worker, a field and a date.

Payroll runs on those records

Piece-rate and hourly pay are calculated from what was recorded. The payslip is an output of the same data, not a separate exercise.

Export the evidence pack

Payslips, payment confirmation and working time come out per worker, per period and per site — in the shape an assessor asks for them.

GRASP questions

Does GRASP require software?

No. GRASP asks for evidence, not for a system — a well-kept paper file passes. Software matters when the same evidence has to exist for hundreds of seasonal workers across several sites, and be found again a year later.

Which control points does this cover directly?

Control point 6 (payslips), control point 7 (confirmation that wages were paid) and control point 10 (working time records). These are generated from the payroll records rather than assembled separately.

What about workers who leave mid-season?

Their records stay attached to the periods they worked. A worker who picked for three weeks in July still has payslips, hours and payment confirmation for those three weeks when the assessment happens in autumn.

Can a group certificate holder see evidence for every member?

Yes. Each member farm keeps its own isolated tenant, and the holder can retrieve the GRASP evidence for any member site without asking that farm to send anything.
