Paper harvest journal or Hortusys

Hortusys replaces the paper harvest and work journal with records on the crew leader's phone: every bin, job and payment is entered once, in the field, and nobody types it in again.

What a paper journal cannot do

  • The office sees a bin when the phone has signal, not when the journal reaches the office.
  • Every bin carries a QR label that shows who picked it, where and when.
  • Pay is calculated from the records, so nobody adds up the journal by hand.
  • The records stay in the system, not in a notebook that can get wet or lost.

Questions about leaving paper

Is a paper spray journal still allowed?

In Ukraine, yes: Law 86/95-VR sets no format for the record. In the EU, Implementing Regulation (EU) 2023/564 asks professional users to keep it in electronic form from 1 January 2026.

Is there a paper form to start with?

Yes. Our spray record template is free, as a PDF to print and as an Excel sheet.
