What the record holds

  • Every record GLOBALG.A.P. asks for each treatment, weather included.
  • In Excel, the “harvest from” date comes from the pre-harvest interval by itself.
  • Area treated and crop stage, as on the usual paper form.

Hortusys records a treatment on the phone: the date, blocks, product, amount, sprayer and operator.

Spray record questions

Can I keep the record on paper?

In Ukraine, yes: Law 86/95-VR sets no format. In the EU, since 1 January 2026, records are kept in an electronic format (Regulation (EU) 2023/564), and paper records are transferred within 30 days.

Does this record work in the EU?

As a base, yes. In the EU the record must be electronic and also hold the product's authorisation number, the EPPO crop code and the BBCH stage (Regulation (EU) 2023/564).

What does a GLOBALG.A.P. auditor check?

The crop, place, dates, product and active ingredient, pre-harvest interval, rate and amount, equipment, target, operator, who approved the treatment, and the weather.

How do I find the earliest harvest date?

Add the pre-harvest interval from the label to the treatment's end date. In Excel this column fills in by itself.
