About Hortusys
We build software for harvest records, crew work and pay on orchards and berry farms. We started in 2023, and the team is in Kyiv.
What we do
- Harvest records: who picked, where and how much, with a QR label on every bin.
- Crew work by row, and piece-rate pay from those records.
- Quality control, spray records and the orchard map in one system.
- The crew leader's Android app works where there is no signal.

What does a trial cost?
The first month is free for five users.
Is there an iPhone app?
No. The field app runs on Android. The office uses the web app in any browser.
Can we export our data?
Yes. The harvest report exports to Excel; work, pay and quality reports export to Excel or CSV.
