- Here's how to assign apple pruning to a crew.
- Open Teams and tap your crew.
- Check everyone's there, then tap Add.
- Pick the work: Pruning.
- Select the apple block and check the rows.
- Check the rates: by the hour or per tree.
- Set the start time and tap Assign.
- Done! The whole crew is on the work order.

What is recorded for every job

Questions about crew work
Which jobs can I record?
Pruning, tying, thinning and other manual jobs. You set the job types yourself.
How is the rate set?
Per hour or per unit of work: tree, kilogram or bin. You set the allowed rates for each job type, and the system refuses any other.
Does the office see what was done today?
Yes. The crew leader updates the status in the field, and the office sees the same records.
Is working time recorded?
Yes. Each job has its start and end time. GRASP asks for this time record too.
How do I keep attendance?
Each worker gets a status for each day: present, vacation, sick, day off or absent. The attendance sheet exports to Excel.
What if the crew leader forgets to close a job?
The system closes open jobs by itself every night.
How do I move our worker list in?
Upload an Excel or CSV sheet with names and phone numbers. You can print a QR badge for every worker.
