Internal audit questions
How often must member sites be audited?
Every year. The Rules for Producer Groups require an audit of every member site, including an on-site check of plant protection records (4.5.2 a).
Can we keep doing this in a spreadsheet?
For a few members, yes. Long before twenty members the spreadsheet falls behind the register and the field records.
Who sees a member's data?
The member sees its own space. The holder sees what the audit needs. Members cannot see each other.
What if a member joins mid-season?
Add it to the register and it joins the audit cycle that day. Its records start building up at once.
