Does the law require an electronic spray log?
In Ukraine, no: Law 86/95-VR sets no format. In the EU, yes: since 1 January 2026, Regulation (EU) 2023/564 requires electronic records, and paper records must be transferred to the electronic format within 30 days.
Didn't the EU withdraw the electronic record requirement?
It withdrew the SUR proposal (COM(2022)305) on 27 March 2024. The electronic format comes from a different act, Regulation (EU) 2023/564. A Member State may waive the transfer for uses before 1 January 2027 (Regulation (EU) 2025/2203).
Does it work without signal in the field?
Yes. The app records offline and syncs when the signal comes back.
